Bob Bronswick

Bob Bronswick is the president for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Sacramento and Tahoe. In his position he is responsible for 17 offices and more than 1,000 of the region's most successful real estate professionals.

Bronswick entered real estate in 1985 and enjoyed a very successful and prosperous career as a sales associate with Chicago-based Lebovic Realty. As a sales executive, he received the coveted honor of Top Volume Associate from the Chicago Association of Realtors® three years in a row. During his tenure, Bronswick developed the first "mega" office in the Chicago area, taking the 35 agent office and building it into a dynamic 125-sales associate team.

In 1997, Bronswick relocated his family to El Dorado Hills, where he served as national marketing director for Hobbs-Herder Advertising and director of sales for Realty Plus Online, a real estate software company developing both multiple listing and transaction management software.

Bronswick earned his bachelor's degree in business from Southern Illinois University, where he also played intercollegiate football. Following college, he played quarterback for two years with the Chicago Fire, a professional football team with the former World Football League.

Today Bronswick resides in El Dorado Hills with his wife, Becky, and daughter Shanna. His son, Ian, is currently attending Cal Poly Tech in Southern California. In his spare time, Bronswick is a youth football coach. He also coaches his daughter's youth basketball team. Bob enjoys playing golf and skiing.
