Rick Loughlin is the president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage New England. Rick oversees the day-to-day sales and operations of more than 4,000 sales associates and employees in 90 Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices in Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts.
Prior to becoming president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Rick was president of the Real Estate Company under the former DeWolfe Companies, Inc. overseeing the day-to-day sales and operations of more than 95 real estate offices in 5 states.
Rick began his real estate career in 1974 at Fred T. Boyd Associates, Inc. His two-office company was purchased by DeWolfe in 1989. From 1989 to 1997 he managed the DeWolfe Concord and Lexington offices. He served as regional vice president of Metro West in Massachusetts from 1995 to 1997. In 1997, he was appointed the general operations manager for the Real Estate Company and later promoted to executive vice president.
Rick is a past chairman of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and has served as the president of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors. He is a former selectman in the town of Concord, Massachusetts where he currently resides with his family.
He received a BBA in Accounting from UMASS Amherst and an MBA from Suffolk University.
