Chris Mygatt was appointed president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Colorado in September 2004. In this role, Mygatt oversees operations of 21 offices and approximately 2,000 sales associates throughout Colorado.
Mygatt entered real estate in 1986 as an onsite salesperson for a condominium complex in Boulder, Colo., and quickly became a top seller within his company. In 1991, he was selected to manage the seven-person office and, by 1998, had grown it to Boulder County’s largest real estate office, with over 120 agents. He was later promoted to president of Fowler/Better Homes & Gardens, a six-office, 300-agent firm spanning Northern Colorado.
Four years ago, Mygatt joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Colorado as executive vice president. In this role, he was instrumental in helping the company experience substantial growth since 2000, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Colorado has grown from 564 agents to over 2,000 and has doubled its number of sales offices.
Mygatt, his wife Marcee and their daughter Lindsey live in the historic Washington Park District of Denver.
