Sarah Sinnickson was named president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Greater Baltimore in May 2007. In this role, she oversees a newly created local operating company consisting of 42 sales offices, formed by dividing what had been identified as Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the Mid-Atlantic into two companies.
Previously, she served as executive vice president for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the Mid-Atlantic, responsible for overseeing business development initiatives including acquisitions, mergers, consolidations and business opportunities for the company.
She also served as the president of the Coldwell Banker Mid-Atlantic Previews International Collection, the premier marketing program for luxury priced properties that sells more million-dollar properties than any other real estate company in the world.
Prior to assuming the executive vice president position, Sinnickson was a senior vice president and general sales manager for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Mid-Atlantic, responsible for overseeing more than 25 sales offices in the Central Region of Maryland.
Sinnickson began her real estate career in 1975 and quickly became a specialist in luxury homes and estates, counting numerous national and foreign dignitaries as clients.
Sinnickson also served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Pardoe Real Estate, overseeing ten offices and 550 sales associates serving the metropolitan Washington D.C., Maryland and Virginia area. For 13 years she was an associate broker/ manager for O'Conor, Piper & Flynn in Annapolis and was formerly a broker/owner of a Virginia real estate firm.
For 22 years, she represented Sotheby's International Realty as a broker-affiliate and served as a speaker and panel expert at their national and regional conferences.
Sinnickson is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Maryland Association of REALTORS®, the Anne Arundel County Association of REALTORS®, the Greater Capital Association of REALTORS®, and the Women's Council of REALTORS®.
In 1999, she was named to the "500 Most Powerful Women in Real Estate" list by RISMedia's National Relocation and Real Estate Magazine; she is also a member of Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate.
A native of Richmond, Virginia, she graduated from St. Mary's College in Raleigh, N.C., and the University of North Carolina. She and her husband, Andrew, reside in Maryland and have two daughters and two grandsons.
