Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Acquires Coldwell Banker Wikle Properties in Palm Harbor, Florida
St. Petersburg, Fla. - Nov. 17, 2009
Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate LLC announced today that it has acquired the assets of Palm Harbor, Fla.-based Coldwell Banker Wikle Properties, including both its residential and commercial real estate operations. The combined company will operate as Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate.
The Coldwell Banker Wikle team, which serves the Palm Harbor and Tarpon Springs area, will be joined with associates from the Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate and Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT office located at 29 North Pinellas Avenue in Tarpon Springs and operate from Coldwell Banker Wikle's Palm Harbor location at 4705 Alt. Highway 19.
Paul Wikle, president/owner of Coldwell Banker Wikle Properties, will remain with the organization as part of the commercial real estate team. Sue Flaig, office manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate's Clearwater office, will oversee the Palm Harbor office.
Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate will now have nearly 750 real estate sales associates in the local Tampa Bay market and nearly 5,000 associates throughout Florida, located in 76 offices.
