Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., today announced that it has acquired the assets of Sue Doyle Country Properties, LLC in Litchfield, Conn. The prominent single-office real estate firm located at 3aa South Street in Litchfield will now operate under the banner of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

With this announcement, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage now operates 42 offices with more than 1,700 sales associates in Connecticut that accounted for more than $6 billion in total closed sales volume in 2005.
Sue Doyle, sole owner of her namesake company, will continue with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in a management and sales capacity. A licensed real estate broker for 34 years, Doyle is an active member of Litchfield County Board of Realtors and a member of Litchfield Area Business Association. She previously served on the Board of Directors of Litchfield Bancorp.
