Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Acquires Sharp, Critchlow, Nash & Crouch in St. Michaels, Md.

COLUMBIA, Md. – December 15, 2005

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the Mid-Atlantic, today announced the acquisition of Nash & Crouch, Inc., doing business as Sharp, Critchlow, Nash & Crouch in St. Michaels, Md. The company’s offices in Easton and St. Michaels, Md. will now operate as Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage will combine its existing St. Michaels-based office and the newly acquired St. Michaels office located at 210 South Talbot Street, and operate from this new location.

Tom Crouch, president of Sharp, Critchlow, Nash & Crouch will remain with the newly combined company as a consultant and actively continue residential brokerage sales for the St. Michaels office. Hugh Smith, branch vice president of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Easton, will expand his responsibilities to manage the two new offices.
