A real estate leader in Southern California for more than 20 years, Jamie Duran is president of the Orange County, Riverside County and San Diego Companies of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Its parent company, NRT LLC, has been named the top real estate brokerage by transaction sides and sales volume nationally by REAL Trends for the 20th year in a row.

Under her leadership the past three years, Jamie has grown the company’s footprint by seven offices and her knack for recruiting has helped attract an average of 600 new affiliated agents per year. She now oversees 46 offices, 2,300 sales associates and 140 employees. She led the company to achieve more than $8 billion in sales volume from early 2016 to early 2017, representing a growth of more than 50% from when she started. Her local operating company has been number one nationally for Coldwell Banker® in net recruiting growth the last two years.

For five years previously, she was regional vice president for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Greater Los Angeles, managing 15 offices and 1,000 agents from Santa Barbara to Pasadena. She also led 130 agents as a branch manager and district manager for the Studio City office for 12 years, achieving top honors of Manager of the Year and multiple President’s Awards. Her office ranked among the top 20 percent of all Coldwell Banker offices nationally for nine consecutive years in production growth, along with recruiting production and units.

As a top sales associate before entering management, Jamie has done it all and excels at every level. She is a licensed broker and a hands-on leader in the field with a record that speaks volumes for her abilities in driving a company forward in innovation and growth. Throughout her years in real estate, she has demonstrated her personal and professional commitment to customer-centric service, whether it be with sellers and buyers of real estate or the sales associates who serve them.
