Laura L. Rittenberg was appointed President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Long Island and Queens in 2013. In this role, she oversees the daily operations of the company's 15 real estate offices and over 700 independent sales associates.
Before becoming President, Rittenberg served as the Regional Vice President for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, where she was responsible for the oversight and productivity of the company's sales offices in Connecticut’s Fairfield and Litchfield counties.
With more than 30 years of experience in real estate, Rittenberg has a proven track record of building and running strong and successful real estate companies.
Over the course of her career, she has worked as a sales associate, sales manager, franchise owner and corporate executive. She has owned and operated two independent real estate companies, a mortgage company and a real estate licensing school and managed sales offices for two national franchises.
In 2000, Rittenberg sold her Denver-based company to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Colorado and joined the company's executive team. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, she was Regional Vice President for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's operations in Long Island and Queens from 2004 to 2008.
She lives in Glen Cove, NY, with her husband, Terry, and has a daughter, Rebecca Jensen, who lives in Boston.
