Andrew “Drew” Napurano leads the operations team for the recently combined Realogy Franchise Group (RFG) and NRT’s shared services organization. He previously had served as Chief Finance and Strategy Officer for RFG since 2015.
Napurano was named to his current position in 2018 as part of the new integrated shared services organization supporting the two core businesses. In his current role, he provides expertise, support and solutions for NRT and Realogy-affiliated agents across all its brands. Napurano is responsible for overseeing business development, strategic initiatives, central processing, commission analytics and ICR, as well as RFG’s Centers of Excellence for business intelligence, Real Learning, business solutions and technology deployment across NRT and RFG.
Napurano joined RFG in 1999, rising through the ranks to his current position. He was promoted to RFG CFO in 2004 and served as CFO and Chief Administration Officer. In his most recent role as Chief Finance and Strategy Officer, he oversaw RFG financial reporting and planning, strategic business development, new product development and deployment, including the ZAP rollout. He also worked closely with the business technology, human resources and legal teams on long-term business goals and strategic planning initiatives.
NRT and RFG are comprised of companies that include Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate, CENTURY 21®, Coldwell Banker®, Coldwell Banker Commercial®, ERA®, The Corcoran Group® and Sotheby’s International Realty® real estate brands, which combined have approximately 16,400 offices and 300,000 independent sales associates doing business in 113 countries and territories worldwide, as well as ZapLabs LLC, an innovation and technology subsidiary.
Prior to joining Realogy, Napurano was director of financial operations for a major North American printing company and served as controller for a privately held consumer goods company. He began his career in public accounting with PWC.
Napurano is a member of Financial Executives International as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a graduate of Drexel University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
